Balance

This elegant piece has been created using elements of Sgraffito: Decorative forms were scratched directly onto a surface of wet paint. So there was only one chance of getting the design right, the first time.The resulting work, reminiscent of painting on wood, with accents of a brighter hue, is very simple, but calmy pleasing.
